Bookoosh provides a multi-tenant booking and point-of-sale platform for leisure venues. The service includes custom booking portals, calendar management, CRM, and payment processing integration.

- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

5. Pricing and Payment
- Bookoosh operates on a transaction-based pricing model
- Processing fees are charged as a percentage of each booking
- Fees may be passed to customers or absorbed by the venue

6. Data and Content
- You retain ownership of your customer data and content
- You grant us permission to use your data to provide the service

- We may back up your data but are not responsible for data loss
7. Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the service, and we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookoosh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
